Nadia Neely (she/her)
Masters in Counselling Psychology
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
You and your life experiences are unique as your fingerprint, and so is your healing journey.
Creating a collaborative, healing space is the foundation of my therapeutic work and I honour the fact that you are the expert in your life.
My therapeutic approach is specifically tailored to your individual needs, your unique experience and ultimately, your healing process.
I hold a safe space for healing, self-discovery, and trust.
When you work with me, you will experience genuine care.
I have confidence that my authenticity facilitates a safe space where you can tap into a deep sense of self-awareness, clarity, strength and resiliency to heal the past and overcome adversity.
I strongly believe in the power of hope and encouragement.
I am fascinated by the possibilities and opportunities that curiosity, self-exploration and reflection provide us.
My life experiences, relationships, education, and training have given me a deeper insight and awareness.
I believe through self-exploration and becoming more mindful we develop a deeper sense of presence in life and rejoin our natural intuition. This helps to cultivate a felt sense of trust within oneself.
I aspire to make my practice inclusive for individuals of all identities, cultures and backgrounds. I am an ally of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals.
My free time
I enjoy reading, walking in nature, listening to music, doing arts, shopping and baking with my daughter, and spending time with family and friends.
